Soul Society 101 family! In an amazing partnership with The Points Guy, I'm kicking off my documentary series, Heritage Journey, in West Africa as I trace my roots based on the results of my Ancestry DNA test.
Surprised but thrilled at my DNA results, the first two episodes of the series showcase me in Togo and Benin, which make up 29% of my ancestral makeup. I'm connecting with locals, learning about the kings and queens, visiting slave capture sites, checking out the beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants and so much more. Life changing experience!
